Inviqa increases employee base by 4,900%
Digital is the future as demand for quality web development increases provider’s employee base by 4,900% in 6 years
The demand from businesses to be more effective online has led web development specialist Inviqa to increase its staff from 2 to 100 in just six years. The company also has plans for a 300 strong team in the near future.
Whether it’s to improve performance, functionality, technical scalability or develop an omni-channel experience for customers, international brands are making substantial investments to work with Inviqa to achieve their digital goals. In the last year alone, the company has worked with 50 organisations including the BBC, Comic Relief and PZ Cussons.
CEO, Yair Spitzer, argues that competitors which fail to increase their teams with talent will get left behind as they’ll only ever have the capacity to deliver one or two services to clients, rather than the full range of consulting, development, training and support that Inviqa provides.
The majority of players in the industry are 5-10 people strong.
Yair explains: “The calibre of every one of our 100 staff is unrivalled, and being larger with a good name and reputation allows us to attract the top PHP talent. We have the resources to lead and shape the way software is developed, so that the end product our clients receive is cutting edge, tailored and appropriate to their needs.
“We will continue to grow this company so that our clients don’t have to shop around a number of suppliers trying to find their technical solution. Our size allows us to understand and resource their project completely and thoroughly.”
