Encore Personnel partner with Raw Talent Academy

Encore Personnel are playing their part in helping to lower unemployment levels by teaming up with Raw Talent Academy. With at least 10 Trainee Business Development Consultant positions available across numerous locations, Encore is hoping to unearth some hidden talent!

None of the candidates will be judged based on their CV or experience; instead the candidates will undertake real life business tasks while being assessed based on their ability and how they perform under pressure.

Trainee Business Development positions are available at Encore Personnel’ offices in Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Northampton, Leicester & Leeds.
