Estate agent wins top industry award
Holroyd Miller becomes ‘Regional Agent of the Year North’ during The Guild of Professional Estate Agents gala dinner and prestigious awards ceremony.
The event, which was held at the Millennium Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London, is an annual event and marks the outstanding achievements of the Guild’s 700-plus member agents.
The judges said Holroyd Miller had been staunch supporters of the Guild for many years, and had played a key role in its expansion in the region. The agents have hosted regional meetings at their offices, and helped to co-ordinate joint marketing campaigns amongst fellow agents, promoting referrals and sharing best practice.
Guild CEO Marcus Whewell says: “The quality of award entries this year was the highest ever, indicating how our organisation is moving forward and assisting its agents to give a truly outstanding service to the public. Renton & Parr, of Wetherby, took the Silver Award for the Region at the conference, which was sponsored by Reapit and speakers included renowned industry experts and top economists, as well as representatives of Google and Nationwide Building Society.
