North East graduate recruitment company appoints new Director
The North East based graduate recruitment company – Gradvert – has appointed a new Director to head up the company’s business development strategy and oversee the training and development of graduates across the UK.
Internationally experienced, Michaela Reaney - a Law graduate and accredited Prince 2 Practitioner - joins Gradvert from Project Three Sixty; an SME in the North East that delivers sustainable and high value programmes for not for profit industries.
Prior to Project Three Sixty, Michaela was involved in the management of leadership development programmes globally for clients in the mining, financial and telecommunication industries. In this capacity Michaela has managed a budget in excess of £1.5 million and was responsible for 103 programmes in the EMEA and Asia Pac region.
Lisa Bean, Managing Director of Gradvert said: “These are really exciting times for Gradvert and we are thrilled to welcome Michaela to the team. She brings with her a wealth of practical experience, a strong commercial head and a real entrepreneurial drive for success.”

Gradvert, which provides specialist graduate head hunting services, social media recruitment and graduate training to employers across the UK, launched in 2012. Since launching the company has filled twenty vacancies, has helped to launch three brand new graduate schemes across software engineering and material handling and has worked with clients such as Gentoo Genie, Hyster-Yale and Go-Ahead.
