Pioneering recruitment software company appoints Dinosaur PR
Digital PR specialist, Dinosaur PR of Headingley, has been appointed to deliver a strategic communications campaign for Sheffield-based TribePad, a ‘next generation’ recruitment software company that counts the BBC, Trinity Mirror and G4S among its clients.
The Dinosaur PR team will help raise the profile of TribePad’s award winning ‘Social ATS’ platform through a strategic fully-integrated media campaign targeting both the trade and consumer media.
The latest business win follows a successful first half of the year, securing a number of new accounts and continuing to expand its team.
TribePad claims that leading edge technology makes its new platform the most powerful tool of its kind in the market, allowing companies to take their entire recruitment processes in house, thus avoiding a reliance on third-party recruitment agencies. Bespoke software enables clients to publish jobs online, search for candidates, process applications and engage with future talent all in one place - and it already has 35 million online profiles and more than a million users.
This year, the company launched a new ‘social search’ product, letting organisations search online profiles across sites such as LinkedIn for suitable candidates. Versions of its software are available across the world in 37 languages.
Dinosaur PR managing director, Chris Norton, said: “It’s always great to work with market leaders and it’s fair to say that TribePad’s unique software is revolutionising the recruitment industry.
“It’s certainly an exciting time to be involved with such a forward-thinking brand. This was a competitive pitch process, so the team and I are delighted to have been selected and we are looking forward to delivering some fantastic results.”
Alexis Twigg, co-founder of TribePad, said: “We’ve got a great story to tell and the time is now right to start building our profile and credibility outside recruitment circles and into the broader business community. We’re looking forward to Dinosaur PR helping us achieve this.”
