Former athlete plans recruitment at Ponteland fitness studio
A North East nutrition expert has invested £30,000 in a new fitness and nutrition business in the region.
Former UK athlete, James Milburn, will launch ‘The Outfit’ in Ponteland, offering facilities, classes and knowledge to those serious about getting fit.
James plans to recruit a number of personal trainers and expects to grow the workforce as the business takes shape.
The former sports coach and Sports Science graduate has spotted demand for ‘round-the-clock’ nutritional and fitness advice, as well as training facilities.
James said: “From exercise to nutrition and hormone advice, we’re here to help you achieve the best for your body and optimise your health.
“James Milburn Training is not just about sports training or weight loss programmes, it offers a holistic approach to your well-being, led by some of the most experienced trainers, nutrition and sports science experts in the North East.
“At James Milburn Training we want to make our members experience a lifestyle change rather than a short-term fix. Nothing is more important than the body we live in so we have a range of pricing structures and packages to suit your needs.”
To celebrate the launch James is offering free goal-setting sessions and sample classes led by his crack team of personal trainers.
