Healthy win at local marketing agency

A Newcastle-based PR and marketing agency has strengthened its healthcare division by securing its sixth pharmaceutical client, taking its healthcare client total to over a dozen.

Molecular Profiles, based in Nottingham, has handed ramarketing a major contract after the agency beat several other agencies across the UK.

The work involves the agency being responsible for all Molecular Profiles’ global marketing activity. This includes web design and development, search engine optimisation, an international client research project, PR, social media and all brand communications.

Molecular Profiles is a contract research and manufacturing organisation that mainly operates in Europe and the US but is hoping to further its reach with ramarketing’s assistance.

Steve Kemp, vice president at Molecular Profiles, said: “What really struck us about the team at ramarketing was their in-depth industry knowledge and experience within our sector coupled with a really energetic and personable approach.

“We needed an agency that would become an extension of our in-house team to fulfil quite a lot of duties and we feel ramarketing will fit right in and most importantly deliver what we need over the next few years.”

Started in 2009, ramarketing has had a stellar four years’ operating across many sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, finance, technology and leisure. Over the past year it has trebled its client base, doubled its team and picked up CIPR Gold awards including Healthcare, Corporate Communications and Outstanding Small Consultancy.
