Recent North East appointments
North East property firm Adderstone Group have recruited a new head of marketing.
Nicola Redhead will manage marketing strategy across all divisions of the business which include; property development, commercial estates management, investment, construction, lettings and block management.
Nicola joins Adderstone from Church High School in Newcastle where she was marketing manager. Prior to that, Nicola worked as regional PR manager for House of Fraser and assistant marketing manager at Metrocentre.
Nicola said: “I am delighted to be joining such an exciting and forward-thinking company, and one which is well-known in the industry in this region.
“Adderstone has some very impressive expansion plans across all elements of the business portfolio. I look forward to being an integral part of the team working on creative and innovative marketing campaigns to support these plans and to raise awareness of the work of the business in a wide range of areas.”
Mincoffs Solicitors have appointed Claire Fenwick as marketing manager to handle the firm’s external and internal communications including advertising, PR, print and online marketing collateral and business development as well as raising Mincoff’s profile through events, networking opportunities and sponsorship.
Claire brings a wealth of experience to the firm, with a marketing career spanning 17 years. Her most recent role was that of Marketing Manager at Northumbria University Law School, where she spent 12 years.
Claire said: “I am looking forward to the challenges my new role will bring and working hard to exceed our goals alongside the fantastically talented team at Mincoffs.”
Speaking about her plans for the firm, she said, ‘My main aim is to help the firm to continue to grow through increasing brand awareness and ensuring the messages we send out clearly communicate what’s different about us.“
