LFJpr and Instruct help property client with re-launch
Manchester-based PR consultancy LFJpr has secured a new client on which it will work alongside graphic design agency Instruct.
The client is Tameside-based Millson Associates, a property consultancy who has undertaken an extensive rebrand to help reposition itself and enter new markets.
The new brand, website and associated collateral were developed by John Owens at Instruct while the team at LFJpr was appointed to conduct an integrated PR campaign to help amplify the client’s new presence. It is the second time that LFJpr and Instruct have worked together on a property project after both businesses were appointed by Bolton based construction firm Artez late last year.
Leanne Forshaw Jones, director at LFJpr said: “This is a fantastic win for us. We’ve got great experience with property clients and have delivered some great campaigns so we are thrilled to bring Millson Associates into that mix. We understand the industry and are looking forward to increasing our client’s share of voice in the media as it continues to debate a challenging and changing sector.”
John Owens, creative director at Instruct also explained his approach to the new look Millson Associates adding: “The original Millson business was set up more than 20 years ago so we were conscious that we retained the company’s existing identity whilst modernising it to help attract new clients. We feel we have achieved a great balance of that with the new website, logo and other collateral we have produced; it’s a striking look which will grasp the attention of existing contacts whilst making an impact in front of prospects.”
Concluded Joe Millson, director at Millson Associates: “LFJpr and Instruct each have a demonstrable track record in the property industry, a key factor in us appointing them to deliver this work. We wanted to work with people who would go beyond their remit and maintain a consciousness of the macro factors of the sector – something that both parties have done impeccably thus far. I look forward to bolstering our relationships moving forward.”
The news comes following an exciting month for LFJpr in which it added property PR consultant Rachel McMaster to its team. The company has an impressive portfolio of property sector clients including Urban Splash, Artez Construction, interior designers NoChintz and London based developer The Ballymore Group as well as clients in the food, retail and education sectors.
