Manchester market research company enters The Hive
Market research company Join The Dots is moving into The Hive in Lever Street, Manchester.
The firm, which enjoys a £4m turnover, has taken a five year lease on offices on the second floor of the building, a joint venture between Argent and Manchester City Council in the Northern Quarter.
Join The Dots is moving from Faulkner Street in the city centre due to expansion, and is now set to employ up to 80 staff.
OBI Property advised Join The Dots and will design and project manage the fit-out for the new office.
Quentin Ashby, managing director of Join The Dots, said: “The Hive is very impressive and when OBI Property showed it to us it was clear we would be able to put our own identity into the space and create a workplace that we know our staff will greatly enjoy.
“Being in the heart of the Northern Quarter brings lots of benefits - great public transport access and with all the independent cafes and restaurants on our doorstep we’re looking forward to moving in.”
Angela Fielding, project director with Argent said: “We’re delighted to welcome Join The Dots to The Hive. They are a very exciting company with great plans for the future. They are very much the sort of business The Hive was designed for and they complement our other tenants very well.”
Will Lewis, director of OBI Property said: “The Hive is a perfect building and location for Join The Dots. It fits very well with the company’s aims and goals and provides space to allow the business to grow.
“The interior design of the new office space will create an inspiring working environment for our client’s business to flourish and we are very excited to see the pioneering heating and cooling solution we have designed that really complements the overall office design.”
Edwards & Co acted for Argent and is the appointed letting agent on The Hive.
The Hive on Lever Street is the only Grade A office building in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
