Pyramid Display Materials secures Yorkshire presence with Sydney Beaumont acquisition
Sydney Beaumont (Leeds) Limited, the Leeds-based self-adhesive vinyl distributor, has been acquired by Pyramid Display Materials Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Pyramid is the largest independent supplier to the UK sign and display market and employs over 100 staff across distribution centres and offices in Manchester, Birmingham and Gateshead.
The deal gives the company a presence in Yorkshire and enables it to diversify into areas aligned to its core retail display market, while enhancing its specialist expertise in niche markets.
The development strengthens and broadens the product offering of Sydney Beaumont (Leeds) Limited, which distributes products including self-adhesive vinyls, sheets and double-sided tapes – giving it access to more sophisticated computing systems together with the larger purchasing power enjoyed by the group.
