The HR Company, Oldham, joins forces with Huddersfield Consultancy
Outsourced Human Resources consultancy, The HR Company, in Oldham, has joined forces with JCS HR, a consultancy based in Huddersfield, to provide extra capacity when either company requires assistance.
The HR Company currently provides Human Resources services for small and medium sized businesses and also offers expert Health & Safety advice and support.
However, as a small business, occasionally the workload or the size of a particular project is such that additional resources are needed.
As a result of a meeting with a networking colleague, owner of The HR Company, Amanda Longden - an experienced HR professional and Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) - was introduced to Julie Sykes of JCS HR, who was in a similar position with regards to the need for additional resource.
“I have always wanted to be able to provide my clients with the very best possible HR service,” Amanda said, “and I’ve never wanted to be in a position where I have to turn work away, so having a collaborative relationship with Julie and her company is the ideal solution.
“Julie and I are confident of each other’s professionalism and capabilities, and we have already worked successfully on a number of projects together,” Amanda adds.
“We are now both very much looking forward to taking our newly established working partnership forward and assisting more and more businesses both sides of the Pennines.”
