NUFC star gets behind North East fitness entrepreneur

Newcastle United star Steven Taylor has lent his support to North East fitness entrepreneur, James Milburn.

The central defender and former England Under 21 captain has welcomed the launch of The Outfit, and has urged those serious about fitness to attend a free ‘Ask the Expert’ open evening this Thursday September 26.

James Milburn opened the Ponteland gym last month following £30k of investment, and is now promoting the business to the public.

Stephen Taylor said: “The Outfit is a brilliant gym and takes a very modern approach to health and fitness. The nutrition and hormone advice is superb and I was very impressed with their team of personal trainers. People should attend the event on Thursday and field their health and fitness questions to its team of experts.

“You don’t have to be an athlete or a professional footballer to be fit and healthy and people should do all they can to look after themselves. The Outfit will definitely help you reach your goals and fulfil your potential.”

James added: “It was an honour to have Steven come and visit us. He is a sporting legend and it means a lot for him to throw his support behind the gym.

“The Outfit is not just about sports training or weight loss programmes, it offers a holistic approach to your wellbeing, led by some of the most experienced trainers, nutrition and sports science experts in the North East.

The ‘Ask the Expert’ open evening takes place between 6-8pm. A welcome drink will be waiting for visitors and James’ crack team will be happy to show people around the studio and discuss any nutritional and training related questions they might have.
