Manchester agency boosts international profile
Specialist UK consumer agency Mason Williams has joined IPREX, the global network of communication agencies.
Established in 1986, Mason Williams operates out of London and Manchester, working mainly with consumer brands.
Over the last ten years the agency has expanded its international work, with companies seeking to market golf resorts, property and hotels in mainland Europe to the UK.
Clients include The Dukan Diet, NH Hesperia Resorts, Two Sisters Food Group, Radisson Edwardian Hotels, Schwarzkopf, Henkel, Marriott County Hall, Accor Hotels and the Tesco “Mum of the Year” awards.
IPREX , funded by its partners and initiation fees, was founded in 1983 and now has more than 70 agency members, including five in the UK.
John Williams, the firm’s CEO, said: “We have a strong record over 12 years of bringing overseas companies and their offerings to the attention of the UK consumer.”
“We’ve searched for a long time for a global network to help us grow internationally and believe that in IPREX we have found kindred spirits who want to make things happen, not just have meetings around the world.”
IPREX EMEA President Michael Schröder said: “We are very pleased to add such a successful specialist consumer agency to our group.
“IPREX partners work for some of the world’s best-known consumer brands, so Mason Williams will bring extra power to an already-strong team. With over 30 offices and 400 staff linked by intranet, the IPREX EMEA group is a highly capable communication network, hooked into almost 100 other IPREX offices globally.”
