Part exchange advice from leading housebuilder
Leading housebuilder Charles Church is holding an open day so buyers in North Bersted can get free independent expert advice on how to make their next move on the property ladder.
The Part Exchange advice event will take place at the Willows Edge development on Saturday 5th October, between 11am and 4pm, for people to find out how the housebuilder’s schemes can help to speed up the buying process.
Linda Humphrey, Charles Church South Coast sales manager, said: “We understand how frustrating it can be when you want or need to move house but can’t find a buyer for your existing home. Our special event aims to ease that pressure.
“An independent financial advisor and a local estate agent will be on hand to give advice and our sales team can explain how the Charles Church HomeChange and Part Exchange schemes work by using our expertise to help sell an existing home, saving estate agents fees and valuable time.”
Willows Edge, on Chichester Road, offers a wide range of high specification family homes from £239,950. The development is just 1.5 miles from the centre of Bognor Regis and 4.5 miles from Chichester.
Each home has been carefully designed to be in harmony with its surroundings, with interiors that make the very best use of light and space and lots of individual touches.
Linda added: “We look forward to welcoming house hunters during our open day and feel sure that we can help them get on or move up the property ladder.”
The sales office at Willows Edge is open every day from 10am to 5pm. For more information call in at the development or visit the Charles Church website at www.charleschurch.com
