PLS solictors expands top team
Greater Manchester-based law firm, PLS Solictiors has strengthened its top team with two new appointments.
The firm has appointed specialised lawyer, David Cousen, as the new head of the personal insolvency department and member of the commercial litigation team.
David, who has over 30 years of experience in commercial litagiation, joins from Fruhman Davies Livingstones Solicitors.
His expertise includes personal insolvency, corporate insolvency and commercial litigation.
Speaking about his appointment, David said: “PLS Solictors is part of the new breed of legal service providers embracing the opening up of the sector to proper and long overdue competition.
“PLS’s use of cutting edge technology, coupled with pro-active marketing and customer care ensures it continues to forge a new direction for the profession, and I am looking forward to being part of that.”
David is to be based at the firm’s Spinningfields branch. Joining him is new head of operations, Tricia Lonorgan.
She joins from Barnetts Solicitors where she was operations director, and will be tasked with implementing and managing the continuous growth of the business, and working closely with new and existing key clients
