Cheshire law firm boosts ranks and receives national recommendation

Cheshire law firm SAS Daniels LLP has enjoyed further growth at its Chester office as the firm celebrates its best ever rankings achieved in The Legal 500, the prestigious guide to the UK legal profession.

Louise Tobin, a partner in the employment and HR team has moved from Stockport to meet increased demand for employment law and HR services in Chester and surrounding areas.

She has specialised in employment law for over ten years and her clients regularly praise the results she achieves as an advocate together with her negotiating skills, experience and down to earth approach.

She said “Chester has a lot of businesses that are looking to expand and take on staff. It’s an exciting time to be in the city and I’m looking forward to adding my skills to the rapidly growing team already working here and helping clients to see employment law as a tool that can be useful for businesses rather than a barrier.”

The firm saw Legal 500 recommend a record eight of its service lines in their latest edition. This included a new entry in education as the firm provides employment law and HR support for over 35 schools in the North West and the majority of secondary schools on the Wirral.

Kaye Whitby, head of office and corporate partner at SAS Daniels, said “Chester businesses are starting to enjoy some real growth. It is important that we respond to our clients’ needs and continue to provide them access to practical and commercial employment law advice, to enable them to continue to grow and maximise business opportunities.

“We have a very strong employment and HR team, who are able to offer robust legal advice. Adding Louise to the team in Chester is very exciting and continues our expansion following the appointments of Ray Woodward to our litigation team and Denise Woodward to our family team. I have no doubt our clients will benefit from Louise’s practical approach and experience”
