Double deals success at The Bourse
Acting on behalf of Opus Land, joint agents CBRE and Carter Towler have completed two lettings totalling circa 7,500 sq ft at Leeds City Centre development, The Bourse.
CBRE managed the expansion of financial planning company, The Private Office into a larger 3,914 sq ft second floor suite of Building Two while Carter Towler completed a new deal to cargo services firm Allport Ltd who relocated into a 3,520 sq ft third floor office in the same building from its previous base at City Point.
The Bourse comprises three self-contained office buildings which are arranged around a central, enclosed courtyard fronting Boar Lane.
The unique blend of traditional stone and contemporary, mirrored façade make The Bourse one of the City’s most notable buildings and existing tenants include JLT Insurance and Robert Half International.
