The Livingcity Group Highly Commended at ARMAQ Awards 2013

The Livingcity Group - the leading property and asset management firm – is celebrating after being highly commended at this year’s ARMAQ Awards. ARMA is the foremost trade association for residential managing agents in England & Wales. It promotes high standards of leasehold management and professionalism through advice, training and guidance. This year’s awards, which took place on Thursday 10th October at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London, were part of the organisation’s Annual Conference. The ARMA Conference is now firmly established as the biggest industry event for anyone involved with the management of long leasehold residential property.

Employing over 100 people at its Manchester head office and onsite, The Livingcity Group provides a comprehensive range of services for its clients which include major developers, financial institutions and investors who use the company to manage all aspects of residential, mixed use and commercial buildings, primarily in the North West and also across the UK.
