Cramlington employees show their support for new business club

Cramlington workers flocked to Northumberland’s largest shopping centre this week as it unveiled its first ever business club.

Manor Works from Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure is a free new business club designed to reward those who work and shop in Cramlington, by offering its members exclusive offers and promotions.

Throughout the launch event, held on Wednesday evening (October 16 2013), people who work in the town braved the weather to register for their free membership, which will offer them regular promotions and discounts from selected Manor Walks retailers.

Bruno Coppola, general manager at Manor Walks, said: “We’re extremely passionate about ensuring Cramlington is a vibrant place to visit, and what better way to do this than by supporting fellow businesses and rewarding their employees who choose to work, shop, and relax in Cramlington. Manor Works is free and anyone who works in Cramlington is welcome to join, whether their employer is large or small.”

To celebrate the successful launch of Manor Works, Manor Walks is offering Cramlington workers who were unable to make the first event a further opportunity to register for the new business club this Saturday from 1pm to 2pm in Centre Mall.

Bruno added: “We have received a fantastic response to Manor Works with so many workers showing their interest in joining. We’re delighted with the number of people who have already signed up despite the rain and after receiving such a positive response we’ve decided to host a follow up sign up session.

“Anyone who would like to join Manor Works should come along to our second registration event taking place this Saturday afternoon from 1pm or contact us directly for an application form.”

With over 100 retailers including Northumberland’s only multiplex cinema and a great range of family restaurants as well as high street favourites, independent stores and free parking, Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure in Cramlington offers a huge amount of choice to suit a range of tastes.
