Manchester Digital agency Retrofuzz acquires Eskimo Creative
Manchester digital design agency, RetroFuzz, is set to wholly acquire communication and branding agency Eskimo Creative.
Eskimo founder and creative managing director Mark Janson will take up the post of managing director at RetroFuzz with immediate effect, supporting co-directors Jonathan McNamara and Matthew Kendall.
“The Eskimo philosophy has always been one of strategic collaboration,” Janson said. “Seeking out productive partnerships that allow us to create well-crafted, considered and effective design solutions is what we love doing. From our very early discussions it was clear we share the same principal values, so we are humbled and grateful to now be in a position to pursue this opportunity.”
The move will see clients being offered a more complete range of services, and over the coming year RetroFuzz is set to strategically expand, building on its core client base in music, fashion, lifestyle and digital innovation.
Matthew Kendall, co-founder of RetroFuzz, said: “We’ve admired Eskimo’s work from afar for a number of years, so we’re delighted to announce this acquisition. The combining of Eskimo’s design and brand expertise with RetroFuzz’s specialism in web and digital innovation was a clear indicator to us of a great and positive partnership waiting to happen. We’re excited about the possibilities this acquisition opens up and what the future holds for us.”
Existing Eskimo clients will continue to be supported by RetroFuzz following the acquisition.
