North West law firm Hill Dickinson has strengthened its Manchester team with 16 new recruits.
A host of new associates, newly-qualified solicitors, trainees and apprentices have joined the company alongside several partners who have relocated from other offices.
The moves mean the employment and pensions, commercial litigation, health and fraud teams are now bigger at the Manchester office.
In addition, three paralegals and nine trainees have also joined to support teams across the firm’s business groups.
Partner and head of the Manchester office, Geraldine Ryan, said: “These latest additions to the team demonstrate our commitment to the Manchester market and our dedication to presenting a robust and experienced team that is able to offer our clients the very best service.
“We place great importance on nurturing young talent and look forward to encouraging the new assistants, trainees and apprentices develop within the firm.”
Hill Dickinson is taking on seven A-level school leavers keen to embark on a career in legal services. The paralegal apprentices will be positioned to support teams across seven of the office’s specialist departments, in a two year-long apprenticeship.
As well as new recruits and apprentices joining the team, partners, Andrew Gibson and Iain Campbell have relocated to Manchester. Ian Gardiner has transferred from Liverpool to head NHSLA team from Manchester and Jonathan Anslow’s has returned from secondment.
