Logistics warehouse manager further fuels IT company’s growth
Harrogate-based Advanced Digital Dynamics (ADD) - a global IT supplier specialising in computer hardware and data destruction - is further expanding its team with a new logistics warehouse manager.
James Stammers, who has amassed a wealth of experience in logistics and warehouse roles, is based at the Pannal head office of ADD, which has achieved double digit growth between 2008-2012 and has posted a £3.4m turnover.
The appointment of Mr Stammers, a former warehouse manager with CID Production Products in Horsforth, is the eleventh in 12 months for the growing 23-strong team which also operates out of the Daresbury Science Park in Cheshire.
Mr Stammers said: “I was attracted by the strong track record and growth plans of ADD. In the last year alone, the business has launched a new technical division and an onsite data destruction division. I’m responsible for an 11-strong team and it’s exciting to play a key role in a company which is bucking the trend in a tough climate.”
ADD Operations Director Julie Pickersgill commented: “We’ve created this dedicated position due to our ongoing expansion and ambitious vision and James’ expertise will be instrumental in maximising the effectiveness of our stock and supply chain.”
ADD Ltd provides independent business IT solutions in hardware and software, as well as safe onsite data destruction, lifecycle asset management and disaster recovery. Clients comprise small to medium sized businesses as well as global blue chip companies, NHS Trusts, local authorities and police forces throughout the UK.
