Cheshire niche law firm recruits new director

Cheshire niche law firm, Dyne Solicitors Ltd (DSL), has expanded its offer with the recruitment of Nick Wheeler as a director.

Mr Wheeler, who joins the Tattenhall firm from Brabners office in Chester, will head up DSL’s real estate, planning, renewables and nature resources department.

Having moved to the area over three years ago, he has built up his knowledge of the property market in Chester, north Cheshire and North Wales.

Mr Wheeler has worked in real estate since 2000 and has a particular specialism in land acquisitions for developer clients and registered social landlords. He has also had experience in the metals, automotive and nuclear power sectors.

He said: “I am delighted and excited to be joining such a recognised and respected practice as Dyne.

“They clearly have distinctive pedigree in the niche fields of regulatory, renewables and environmental law – with an enviable client list to boot – but also a real conviction to branch out in the core areas as well. Exciting times lie ahead for this firm and I am thrilled to be part of that.”
