Established Leeds developer Christine Yorath is close to completing construction on high spec apartments at Park Crescent in Roundhay.

The detached Victorian villa in Roundhay with planning cost around £1 million, and the developed apartments will cost between £295,000 and £735,000.

Initially planning 8 apartments, Christine realised there was a gap in the market for more luxurious properties, deciding on developing 5 instead, of which the largest is 1900 sq ft.

12 years ago Christine was the developer behind Wellington Street apartments, at the time the highest spec building in the Leeds area.
