Persimmon to deliver new £45m development in top Hull residential location
Persimmon Homes Yorkshire has announced details of a new £45m development at Kingswood Parks in Hull.
Persimmon plans to build 340 new homes after signing a deal to buy a 20-acre parcel of land in the popular residential area.
Construction at the site, named Parklands, is scheduled to commence in early 2014 with the first properties reserved off-plan expected to be completed by June 2014.
The new site will feature a range of two bedroom apartments plus two, three and four bedroom properties suitable for first-time buyers and growing families.
Speaking of the new development, Simon Usher, director at Persimmon Homes Yorkshire, said: “Parklands is an exciting £45million pound development that will provide a range of properties that we are confident will meet the needs of the Hull property market.
“Existing homes at Persimmon Pastures at Kingswood Parks have proved to be particularly successful so I would urge buyers to reserve off-plan to ensure the best possible deals.”
