Bruntwood gets flexible to get Liverpool moving
North West property firm Bruntwood is offering one-month contract terms and office rents from £95 per month in the next phase of its campaign to get businesses moving in Liverpool.
The new terms are an extension of its existing ‘Move for Free’ offer, which involves Bruntwood covering the removal costs of businesses relocating to one of its nine properties across the city, as well as providing rent-free periods and free office design services.
The family-owned firm, which counts Cotton Exchange, The Plaza and Oriel Chambers among its Liverpool portfolio, introduced the original scheme in May this year and has since seen enquiries increase 83 per cent compared to the same period last year.
Bruntwood’s Director of Property Marketing, Colin Sinclair, says the new ‘Move for Free Plus’ package is a response to that success and the changing needs of the market.
Sinclair said: “When we introduced ‘Move for Free’ earlier this year, we hoped it would be an innovative way to help Liverpool based businesses realise their growth potential without the hassle or expense normally associated with moving, and that has proven to be the case.
“The level of take-up has been extremely encouraging and has led to us securing an additional 23 deals in the city centre and north Liverpool in less than six months.
“However, we felt there was still something else we could offer in terms of flexibility, so we have moved to ensure the needs of every type of business are catered for by offering more affordable terms under ‘Move for Free Plus’.
“By offering terms as short as a month and offices from only £95 pcm we are doing even more to help start-ups and growing small and medium sized businesses to succeed.”
