Advanced Legal partners with Exen to provide law firms with Dashboard & KPI reporting
Leading software provider, Advanced Legal has today announced a partnership with Exen Legal Solutions, a management information solutions provider for law firms. The IT providers have agreed to combine technologies thereby enabling UK law firms to maximise efficiencies and improve business performance.
Exen provides SmartEye, a dashboard and KPI reporting solution that displays the most commonly reported law firm metrics and also allows users to define their own KPIs, delivering a comprehensive view of the firm’s performance in real-time.
SmartEye has been fully integrated into the Advanced Legal’s ILB, Evolution, Legal Office and Legal Enterprise solutions. The new solution has been well received by law firms, with several, including JMW Solicitors LLP, already signed up.
Jitendra Valera, Chief Marketing Officer of Advanced Legal, said: “By teaming up with Exen, Advanced Legal is extending the value it offers to law firms. Building on the existing Advanced Legal practice case management system, law firms can use SmartEye to visualise performance and profitability. This is an invaluable solution at a time when business performance is becoming a critical factor for the success of a law firm.”
Graham Moore, Director of Exen Legal Solutions, said: “Exen and Advanced Legal are ideal partners – both are committed to offering law firms leading technology to improve business performance, and the deep integration between the two companies’ products reflects this commitment. SmartEye delivers metrics whenever required; daily, weekly or monthly, ensuring the right information is on hand whenever needed.”
