Lifestyle Lounge launches at Port of Liverpool Building

Property group Downing has acquired a new tenant at the Port of Liverpool Building, with the arrival of the Liverpool Lifestyle Lounge.

The health and wellness consultancy is being launched by Alison Houghton-Corfield, Judy Abramson and Sue Holding, all independent Herbalife distributors.

The trio have transformed their Flexi-Office in the Grade II listed building into what they describe as “an oasis of calm”, where people can learn more about weight loss and how to boost their energy levels by optimising their nutrition.

To celebrate the official launch of the Lifestyle Lounge, the company is holding a special open day event on Thursday, November 7, from 12pm-2pm and 5.30pm-7.30pm.

Alison Houghton-Corfield said: “Our new Flexi-Office in the beautiful Port of Liverpool building is absolutely perfect for our business and it’s a pleasure to be here. We’re really looking forward to welcoming new clients and friends to the lounge at the official launch and giving them a taste of the brilliant products and nutritional supplements we have on offer.

“If you are interested in weight loss, boosting energy levels, optimising your nutrition or maybe looking for a new challenge then the Liverpool Lifestyle Lounge should be your first port of call!”

Robin Ellis, senior agency surveyor at Downing, said: “We’re delighted to be officially welcoming the Liverpool Lifestyle Lounge to our new Flexi-Office suites within the North Portal at the Port of Liverpool Building. One of the benefits of the Flexi-Offices is that they’re easily transformed into bespoke suites which match the occupier’s requirements and vision.

“We only have a handful of these newly refurbished Flexi-Offices left, and we are already experiencing a high level of demand for these suites with their high ceilings and feature windows. All our Flexi-Offices are available on flexible, all-inclusive monthly terms tailored to suit each individual occupier.

“The team has really created something special with the Lifestyle Lounge - the suite looks fantastic and we’re sure it will provide a calming, enjoyable and relaxing environment for the team and their clients.”

Free body scans, which can assess body fat percentage, muscle mass and calorie usage, will be offered at the launch event.
