MailPerformance UK Ltd renamed NP6 Ltd to highlight the company’s full spectrum of integrated E-marketing Services

MailPerformance UK Ltd Company, an Email and SMS Marketing software provider, today announced the change of its legal name to NP6 Ltd and will operate under the brand name NP6.

“Renaming the MailPerformance UK emphasizes its strategic importance to our global operations and strengthens the NP6 brand,” said Stéphane Zittoun CEO of NP6.

This change aligns the company more closely with its French parent company - NP6, “Smart Cloud Marketing” SaaS which includes MailPerformance and EmailSpotter, emailing intelligence SaaS software. NP6 also recently acquired SOCIO Logiciels, the French leader in statistical data analysis and modeling.

Thanks to the acquisition of SOCIO Logiciels, innovative services and solutions will be developed utilising the experience of the both companies, NP6 as a key player in e-marketing, and SOCIO Logiciels in data management and analysis. This will serve to place the NP6 group as a leader in digital marketing, consumer insight and analysis.

“As our industry evolves and we work toward meeting the changing needs of the markets we serve, we made the decision to unify all of our operations under one growing and respected brand. This change is about reminding our clients how and why NP6 is different and able to offer comprehensive marketing solutions,” concluded Stéphane Zittoun.

NP6 marketing expertise acknowledged by international advertisers

Since 2012, GDF SUEZ has relied on NP6 and its web-based software MailPerformance, to broadcast multilingual newsletters across 13 countries.
