Bruntwood appoint joint agents for Manchester office building
North West property firm Bruntwood has appointed OBI Property as joint letting agents with Savills in the marketing of Grade II-listed Elliot House on Deansgate in Manchester city centre.
Elliott House offers 21,177 sq ft of high specification self-contained modern office space, with meeting rooms on three floors, and a listed board room. The building also has designated underground car parking.
Andrew Butterworth, sales director at Bruntwood said: “We have worked to ensure Elliot House maintains its historic character whilst offering open-plan office accommodation, flexible to the requirements of the modern occupier.
“We are delighted to now have joint agents in place and look forward to working with both OBI Property and Savills to market what is one of Manchester’s great architectural gems to potential occupiers.”
Richard Lace, associate director of OBI Property said: “Elliot House offers occupiers space of the highest quality at a time when the supply of new Grade ‘A’ accommodation is greatly diminished.
“Being adjacent to Spinningfields the building is located in one of the most vibrant areas of the city centre with a wealth of amenities located on its doorstep. Based on the number of positive enquiries we have already received we are confident of securing a successful letting in the near future.”
