Leeds PR agency continues its winning streak
Finn is celebrating success at this year’s MiAwards, scooping the gong in the category of PR consultancy of the year.
The MiAwards recognise the best talent across the UK in marketing and media. Now in their fifth year, the award wins were announced last night (14th November 2013) at a glamorous black tie event in Manchester.
The PR consultancy of the year award is a highly coveted category, recognising the team which has continually demonstrated success for its clients and Finn was the only consultancy in Yorkshire to be shortlisted in this class.
Celebrating its recognition on a national level, managing director, Richard Rawlins, puts Finn’s success down to its commercial and strategically focussed approach to PR.
Richard said: “Finn makes a difference for its clients, focusing on organisational outcomes, rather than outputs. We work with our clients to understand their business objectives and then develop campaigns which meet them, whether that’s generating sales uplift, managing reputation or influencing policy decisions.
“I’m thrilled that our unique approach to PR has been recognised nationally. We’re dedicated to breaking the mould of the traditional PR agency and really focus on delivering tangible results for our clients.”
Earlier this month, Finn was the only northern agency to secure a place in the shortlist of the PRCA Awards, in the highly coveted category of PRCA Medium Consultancy of the Year.
These high profile awards celebrate the cream of the crop in the PR industry, amongst agency and in-house teams across the country. The agency was highly commended in last year’s small consultancy category and is now at a size to compete for the medium consultancy gong.
In the past 18 months, Finn has launched digital and corporate divisions of the business and won a raft of significant new client wins including The Works, Pork Farms, and Merlin Entertainments.
