Sky's the limit for high-flying graduates in new MAG scheme
Manchester Airports Group has launched a new graduate scheme, under which up to seven students a year will be offered jobs when they leave university.
The programme will see each graduate remain in their chosen department for the duration of the scheme, which will last up to three years.
Currently, there are opportunities available in engineering, asset management, capital delivery, finance and airport management. A degree relevant to the preferred department is required.
MAG’s group HR director Collette Roche said: “Our past graduate schemes have been slightly different in that graduates would rotate every six months around different areas of the organisation.
“This new scheme will see the graduates remain within their relevant area and then have a guaranteed job in that department once they have completed the scheme.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join an award-winning business where they’ll have the opportunity to progress to a managerial role as well as gaining a wealth of experience along the way.”
Applications are open until January 2014, with placements set to start in the September.
