Virtual ad agency clinches grounds maintenance contract
South Manchester advertising agency frank virtual has been appointed by Countrywide Grounds Maintenance to handle its marketing account.
The agency’s first job will be to redesign CGM’s vehicle fleet livery and corporate brochures, including marketing collateral for specialist sectors such as schools, colleges and universities.
Countrywide Grounds Maintenance, which is based in Cheadle Hulme, maintains around 20,000 sites for its 3,000 customers and operates from 50 offices nationwide. Clients include Aston Martin, Esso and English Heritage. Annual turnover exceeds £20m.
The firm’s managing director Simon Stott said: “We wanted an agency that could revitalise our marketing, giving it a fresh contemporary look.
“The marketing has to attract clients and franchisees. It is much, much more than a design exercise - it meets a very strategic purpose.”
Richard Forman, managing director of frank virtual, said: “It is a chance to create something quite new with a clear purpose. Our work is there to make a real difference to Countrywide’s growth strategy.”
Following the initial marketing overhaul, frank virtual will then redesign CGM’s website, and also create a new set of marketing materials aimed at franchisees.
