You’re Hired!

We’re proud to support the fresh talent here in the North East and with a strong 2-3 years trading in a tight economy and past success with graduates here at AlphaGraphics North East, in June this year we enrolled three new graduates from local universities on a 12 month plan to gain experience across the business with a focus on Sales and Marketing.

The graduates, who are all based at our main sales office in Middlesbrough, were selected from hundreds of applicants to take part in the scheme, receiving training in every area of the business before working direct with clients in Marketing and Sales roles as Account Managers.

“It’s already been a fantastic five months and we’re really impressed with the calibre of graduates we’ve hired.” commented Sean Costigan, Director of AlphaGraphics North East. “Each graduate has a key role in their Account Teams here at AlphaGraphics, working alongside Account Directors with live jobs and clients to deliver the high levels of customer service, quick turnaround and attention to detail that we promise our customers.”

The graduates have all settled straight in here at AlphaGraphics; Sarah, who studied at Northumbria University, commented; “I enjoy working in an environment that combines creativity and marketing in a dynamic way. The graduate scheme at AlphaGraphics offers excellent training and opportunities and this is what attracted me to it. My eyes have been opened to the world of print and I enjoy learning something new every day.”

Delphine, who came to England 3 years ago from France to study Marketing & International Management at Teesside University added; “I was attracted to AlphaGraphics mainly because it is a growing company offering good career opportunities - AlphaGraphics is a very vibrant company with a focus on high performance and high quality. I really enjoy my role here as an Account Manager.”

Jessica studied at Northumbria University and was attracted to the graduate scheme and the intensive training provided in every area of the business during the first 12 months; “I love learning new things and I was attracted to doing Account Management as it is a varied role and offers huge potential career progression such as stepping into a sales based role, which is where I feel my skills lie mostly. So far I’m involved in live jobs, meet regularly with customers and attend monthly sales and training meetings here at AlphaGraphics and I’ve learned that there is so much more to marketing and printing than I anticipated. I love working here as the people are fantastic and have really helped me to settle in and are pushing me already to go further with my career.”
