ClearSky HR lands exclusive deal with trade body
Employment law consultancy ClearSky HR has secured an exclusive deal with one of the UK’s largest and most active trade associations.
The agreement sees ClearSky replace Citation as the sole provider of human resources, health and safety and employment law advice to members of the British Contract Furnishing Association (BCFA).
Founded in 1970, the BCFA is the leading business association for the contract furnishing industry. Its members are manufacturers, suppliers and designers of furnishings for commercial buildings in the UK and overseas.
Collectively, BCFA members employ more than 10,000 members of staff and generate over £1bn in sales each year.
BCFA managing director Colin Watson said: “Appointing ClearSky will give our members access to affordable advice and expertise on everything from health and safety compliance to drawing up contracts for employees.
“We are committed to offering our members the very best, and our partnership with ClearSky will support this goal.
“Our members want legal advice that offers commercial protection but doesn’t break the bank or leave them tied into long-term contracts, which is why we went to ClearSky.
Cheshire-based ClearSky HR, part of ClearSky Business, provides fixed-fee advice and support on a wide range of human resources, employment law and health and safety issues.
Access to CIPD-qualified consultants ensures clients remain compliant with legislation, helping to minimise the risk of claims and tribunals.
Unlike its competitors, ClearSky offers the flexibility of monthly rolling contracts with no minimum term.
Managing director Derek Kelly said: “We’re really pleased to have agreed this partnership, and look forward to building a lasting relationship with the BCFA and its members.”
