Eadon Lockwood And Riddle Receive National Acclaim At Estate Agent Live Awards
Staff at one of the region’s leading estate agents, Eadon Lockwood and Riddle, received national recognition recently after they were shortlisted for two prestigious awards at the Estate Agent Live Awards.
The awards, which took place last month at London’s Lancaster Hotel and played host to celebrity speaker James Caan, saw the country’s top estate agents gather - all hoping to win one of the industry’s leading accolades.
ELR, which has offices in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, were nominated for the ‘Best Small Agent’ award - recognising the quality service of smaller agencies across the country - and employee James Ross was named in the ‘Valuer of the Year’ category, in recognition of his dedicated work and skill in the field of valuing residential property.
Director Nick Riddle said: “To be shortlisted for two awards at such a prestigious event, from so many entries, is quite overwhelming, and of course we are delighted that everyone’s high levels of service and dedication have been rightly lauded. Needless to say we’re keen to keep standards high to go back in 2014.”
James Ross said: “ELR’s long history of serving South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, combined with the hard work of everyone in the business makes being shortlisted for awards that considers entries from across the UK incredibly rewarding. It signals a continuing bright future of outstanding service and tailored, consultative advice for ELR, and I’m very excited to be a part of it.”
