Retail packing outfit aims to treble in size
My Pack Comoany, the Barnsley-based providers of packing services to the retail industry, are aiming to treble in size.
The firm is moving from a 3,500 sq ft operation at Redrock Business Park to 40,000 sg ft unit at Dodworth, following growth prompted by increased demand in the charity cards sector.
Only in its fourth year My Pack Company employs seven full time staff and around 30 seasonal staff.
Director Alex Miller said: “We will be based alongside A Davies Transport which is a haulage company and there’s a great synergy between the two companies.
“At present we also have an operation in Oxfordshire but we’re bringing everything under one roof in Barnsley, which will further increase our capacity and efficiency.
