Agency’s pitch adds up for accountants

Manchester’s Refresh PR has secured a contract to provide services to Lloyd Piggott Chartered Accountants.

Lloyd Piggot has offices in central Manchester and Poynton in Cheshire.

Refresh PR has been briefed to communicate the breadth and calibre of Lloyd Piggott’s expertise in all areas of accountancy from corporate and personal tax planning to audits, accounts and tax returns, to businesses across the North West.

Activity will aim to raise awareness of Lloyd Piggott and develop an external profile for the company which reflects its friendly and approachable brand positioning, via a sustained communications and media campaign targeting key decision makers and influencers across the region.

Lloyd Piggott’s director, Gary Dodds, said: “We first began working with Refresh PR towards the end of last year when the agency carried out an audit of our current marketing activity.

“As we looked to find a PR agency that would help us communicate our service offering and connect with our target audiences across different channels, we were eager to work with Refresh PR again as we knew that the team had a clear understanding of our business, as well as the local business landscape.

“Refresh PR impressed us with its knowledge and enthusiastic approach to both PR and marketing, and we are very much looking forward to seeing the plans come into fruition during 2014.”
