Activ rises to the bar for Muckle LLP
North East technology and mobile telecoms provider Activ celebrates three years working with local commercial law firm Muckle LLP, making sure its technology always steps up to the bar.
Three years on, Activ still supports and supplies the firm with 300 landlines and has recently facilitated the migration of 70 smartphone connections from Vodafone to O2.
Head of IT at Muckle LLP, Andrew Black, said: “Without functioning telecoms or IT, our business simply wouldn’t be able to operate, so it’s vital to work with a supplier we trust. Activ guarantees we receive first-rate, continuous support with a locally-based service provider who personally knows and understands our specific requirements.
“Activ offers a unique out of hours director contact so should an issue arise, we are confident it will be resolved in hours not days, without disruption to our business.
“We have previously worked with other telecoms providers but few have achieved Activ’s high level of customer service or understanding of our unique business requirements.”
Ian Gillespie, director of Activ, added: “Our brand mission is targeted towards keeping our customers for the long term, through providing them with the highest quality of service excellence.
“We will continue to grow from strength to strength, and are proud to maintain our partnership with Muckle LLP, hopefully far into the coming years.”
As one of the North East’s leading independent technology providers, Activ is a trusted partner for customers working across all sectors, from commercial to charitable organisations, and is committed to delivering effective and efficient solutions for clients.
