Bond Dickinson to work with further education procurement body

National law firm Bond Dickinson, which has offices in Newcastle and Stockton-on-Tees, has been appointed by Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC), a procurement consortium for the further education sector.

The CPC provides its members with a procurement service giving them access to professionally tendered framework agreements.

Over 2,509 Further Education institutions (including Academies) are members of the CPC, located in a number of different regions throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

As part of this appointment, Bond Dickinson will provide advice on property, human resources, academy conversion and post conversion and other legal services to the London, North East and North West England, Yorkshire & Humber and Channel Islands regions. The firm was also appointed to the national one-stop-shop.

Kevin Robertson, partner in the Projects and Procurement team at Bond Dickinson based in one of the firm’s Newcastle offices, added: “This is a fantastic appointment for the firm and we look forward to the opportunity to work with Further Education clients. “
