SME bosses challenged to love their business

COMPANY owners and entrepreneurs are being challenged to show love for their businesses!

Newcastle-based business coaches Caroline Saul and Nichola English want to help the region’s small to medium sized businesses make the most of growth opportunities through client engagement.

They believe that by helping business owners give loving attention to detail, current clients and prospective customers it will help boost business in the region.

The pair – who are behind the growing North East networking meeting Let’s Mingle – have organised a Valentine’s Day workshop, called Love Business.

Award winning business coach Caroline said: “When it comes to clients, some people are rushing around for their current customers so much they don’t get time to step back and look at what they can actually provide and add to their client’s experiences.

“They may also be neglecting attracting new clients. Putting too many eggs into one basket isn’t as sustainable for a business as you’d think. We hope that Love Business will help them focus working more efficiently and effectively with clients.”

Nichola, who runs her own business consultancy, added that the seminar would be a chance for attendees to profile ideal candidates. She explained “With a cohesive and collaborative approach to qualifying ideal candidates, businesses can save a lot of time and money not chasing organisations or people that are never going to convert into business,”

Love Business will run from 10:00am until 3:00pm on February 14th at The Beacon Business Centre, Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne.

As well as workshop sessions, there will be a chance for attendees to network with other people and businesses.

“This is your challenge – are you in it to win it?” asked Caroline.
