Taylor&Emmet welcomes growing property team

Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is expanding its residential conveyancing department to meet rising demand from local house buyers and sellers.

Taylor&Emmet is welcoming licensed conveyancer, Eve Lake, to its Dronfield office to increase capacity and manage work created by the recent upturn in the property market.

Eve joins the firm following ten years at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield. She said: “Taylor&Emmet has an excellent reputation among the local conveyancing community and is regarded highly for its focus on client care. I enjoy being part of such a professional team and look forward to building our reputation in north Derbyshire by forging new links with clients and industry partners.”

Taylor&Emmet’s Dronfield team has further increased with the appointment of two legal assistants, Helen Roby and Sarah Smith, who are part of a raft of new faces brought in to support the firm’s conveyancing work. They also include legal secretaries, Sophie Mann and Alison Paul, who are based at the firm’s Arundel Gate headquarters and Ecclesall Road branch respectively.
