Fletchers Welcomes New Senior Solicitor

Fletchers Solicitors, one of the UK’s leading clinical negligence and serious injury law firms, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Nick O’Neill as Senior Solicitor.

Nick joins Fletchers from Lees Solicitors, where he spent two years as Head of Accident and Personal Injury. Prior to that he was a solicitor and partner at the Specter Partnership and has a total of 15 years’ qualified experience in the legal sector.

During his time at the Specter Partnership he spent six years managing the firm’s clinical negligence caseload before being promoted to partner in the Head Office Multitrack team. Having moved on to become head of department at Lees, he dealt with a range of complex cases including those involving child brain injuries.

His role at Fletchers will see him managing cases from inception to completion and advising case handlers as they progress. Nick will also be a member of the firm’s Clinical Negligence Risk Assessment Committee.

Having obtained an MBA in Legal Practice Management, Nick’s experience includes managing and mentoring junior employees, as well as working on a huge variety of clinical negligence cases.

Nick has also obtained diplomas in psychology and volunteered as a counsellor for advisory and support service LawCare.
