Transfer window extends in new Manchester United credit card deal
Manchester United and the club’s official credit card provider in the UK, MBNA, have extended the balance transfer window for eligible new customers.
The new Manchester United credit card from MBNA now offers eligible new customers 0% interest on balance transfers and money transfers for up to 2 years from the account opening date – up from 16 months previously.
The offer applies to transfers made within the first 90 days (a 2.99% handling fee applies to balance transfers and a 4% fee applies to money transfers) and the card also offers 0% interest on card purchases made in the first 3 months of account opening.
Representative example 18.9% p.a.variable on card purchases. This is equivalent to 18.9% APR representative variable based on a credit limit of £1200.
Every supporter successfully applying for a new Manchester United Credit Card will receive the “Champions 2013” logo commissioned created to celebrate United’s 20th league title win.
The new Manchester United Credit Card comes with RedRewards*, an array of benefits and incentives developed exclusively for Manchester United cardholders.
For every £50 spent on the card, fans will automatically be entered into a monthly prize draw with a chance to win a ‘money can’t buy experience’.
This package includes watching the first team train at the AON training complex, photo and signing session with the squad, museum tour, private stadium tour and complimentary two course lunch at the Red Cafe.
