Bristol Street Motors Durham dealership lands national customer satisfaction award
Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall in Durham has been presented with a national award for its dedication to customer service.
The dealership on Abbey Road was presented with the Customer Excellence Award after being named as one of the top dealerships for customer satisfaction across the Vauxhall national network.
After surveying customers, British manufacturer Vauxhall rewards top performing dealerships for the quality of service provided.
Peter Durham, manager of Customer Care Operations at Vauxhall, presented Gary Bracken, general sales manager at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Durham with the award.

“Customer feedback is very important to us and we are constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience and ensure every customer drives away happy. This award is a fantastic accolade for the dealership and it is great to be recognised by Vauxhall as one of the best members of its network.”
