BDO expands not-for-profit team with specialist tax director
Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP has appointed Angela Cross as a Tax Director specialising in the not-for-profit sector.
Angela joins the 50-strong tax team at BDO in the North West following 14 years at Grant Thornton and will work across the firm’s Manchester and Liverpool offices. She has extensive experience in advising not-for-profit organisations, including charities, educational institutions and social housing providers.
Tim Entwistle, partner and head of BDO LLP in the North West, said: “Angela’s appointment helps boost our not-for-profit credentials even further, a sector of growing importance to us in the region.

BDO has recently won 12 new clients in the not-for-profit sector. The team’s clients include Weaver Vale Housing Trust, Your Housing Group, Lifeline Project, FRC Group, Community Integrated Care and Great Places Housing Group.
