Evans property group invests £600k in commercial development
Evans Property Group has confirmed that it is investing £600K in transforming its Woodside House commercial development in Horsforth.
Woodside House is a 13,500 sqft commercial scheme on Low Lane in Horsforth. The property has been a long-term investment for Evans Property Group.
I to I, a global short course language trainer, has signed a new lease for 3,820 sqft on the 2nd floor and Swinton Insurance has signed a new lease for 7,700 sqft over the 1st and ground floors.
The refurbishment of the final lower ground floor suite will be completed at the end of June and Evans has instructed Carter Towler to market this 2,200 sqftspace.
