Capitalise on social media and your business can grow
For many small businesses expensive advertising campaigns and glamorous PR stunts simply are not an option due to budgets and therefore business owners face a challenge; how can you build brand awareness whilst keeping costs down.
With social media, the possibilities are endless, it is cost effective and return on investment can be plentiful, so what are you waiting for? Sign up and start tweeting? But wait - it is all too easy to think we must be on social media rather than digging a little deeper first.
Most businesses sign up to Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc and then work out their strategy from there. But a key point is to understand who you are talking to. Are you B2B or B2C…or both?
One communication strategy does not fit all businesses and it isn’t important how many people ‘like’ your page or follow you. You need to be engaging on a regular basis. Publishing content that people are interested in and want to find out more.
So what about the business owner working 24/7 already, money is tight as is time, how can they effectively use social media to help bring in more business for growth?
The answer is simple; there are so many tools out there to help us evaluate, to help publish content on a regular basis. That’s why the Centre for Digital Business have set up a fast track workshop, for those companies who have social media and recognise it could be much more.
There are limited places left for our workshop on 3rd April, so book your place now only £55 per delegate call me on 0191 516 6106 or email info@centrefordigitalbusiness.co.uk
