Bradley Hall strikes partnership with one of world’s strongest banks
North East chartered surveying firm Bradley Hall is forging a close relationship with Handelsbanken in the North East to help the bank with property valuations across the area.
Handelsbanken, which was named by Bloomberg as Europe’s, and one the world’s strongest banks in 2013, operates a network of more than 170 branches across the UK, with several in the North East including Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland. Its decentralised leadership model gives decision-making powers to its branches.
Richard Rafique, associate director at Bradley Hall, said: “Handelsbanken enjoys a fabulous reputation for customer satisfaction, both locally and internationally, and we are delighted to be working with them closely. We hope that our knowledge of the local market will help Handelsbanken to further strengthen their offering to customers in Newcastle and the North East.”
Mike Brunskill, manager at Handelsbanken’s Newcastle Saville Row branch, said: “We are very happy to be working with Bradley Hall, which is part of our growing network of local suppliers.”
In addition to its partnership with Handelsbanken, Bradley Hall has worked on the regional panel of Barclays Bank for around 20 years and has previously undertaken work via the prestigious Lloyds secured lending panel and HSBC panel. The firm offers a broad range of services from residential and commercial estate agency through to property management, investment, business sales and disposals.
Its Grey Street office in Newcastle city centre focuses predominantly on commercial property, while the Gosforth office deals mainly with residential enquiries.
The Durham office, led by director Peter Bartley, performs a dual role in managing commercial and residential instructions.
